Carl Levin: arrival i suggest -- mr. levin: if withhold for a moment. the presiding officer: the senator from michigan. mr. levin: i agree with him, we know of no other amendments are going to be offered. but there are one or two senators that may want to speak on either their amendment that bill itself -- adopted or on the bill itself. and we'll know that in the next few minutes.
